"Been with this office a year now paying 1k a month. It’s been the absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Responded two to three days after never answering the phone. Added a car I’ve never owned onto my policy and just blatantly lies to its clients. If possible avoid this office. If they try to give you this office threaten to go somewhere else. Save yourself!"

"I spoke with Akeem. He got me a great quote. We discussed me calling him on Jul. 30 to finalize the transfer. I'd told him what I was told by my current agent regrading the company but renewing my current policy. When I called in Jul. 30I left a voice mail and I followed up with an email. I got a response back on 7/31 at noon to get my final quote, but they was not the case. The email stated that corporate would not renew. Why couldn't he find this out petite to 7/30 and tell me? I had 4 hours to find insurance on my car. I gave 3 stats because this should have been told to me much earlier by the agent."
